A UK B2B lab-supply store had a 50,000+ product catalog that routinely broke Shopify's bulk importer. A naive import risked dropping SKUs silently and taking the store down mid-migration.

Approach
I built a Python data pipeline and CSV splitter to clean, map, and chunk the catalog into importable files, with verification scripts that reconciled every split file against the source. I then ran the bulk migration through Matrixify with zero downtime.
